Instructions On Taking Or Making Your Herbal Medicine

Some of the herbal medications can be prepared for you at the pharmacy in a ready to use form such as capsules, elixirs, tea bags, etc., which require little or no additional preparations. Other herbal medicines may require refrigeration after preparation. You may choose to prepare your own herbal medicine, which requires instructions in its preparation. These instructions will be provided at the hotel the day following your visit to Yan Huang Clinical Hospital.

Traveler's Tip:
My advice is have them prepare the Herbal Medicine wherever possible, otherwise you have to make room in your luggage for all those packets of twigs, flowers, and bark which you throw away after the boiling process is completed. Sometimes, compresses and other things are better prepared just before you use them. In any event, leave some room in your luggage for medications that you will be taking home with you. My suggestion is to bring one suitcase empty for medications, souvenirs, and newly purchased clothing, etc. Laundry and dry cleaning service is available and quite reasonable. The cost is less than shipping things home, or paying for extra weight on the plane home. If need be, you can purchase a second carry-on that looks like a business catalog case, or small suitcases on wheels, and put your purse inside until after you are airborne. Most airlines allow 1 carry-on, plus a purse, making it a total number of two carry-on pieces. For men, you are allowed one carry-on, plus a briefcase or catalog case for a total of two carry-on pieces
